Brightside Cleaning Co.: one app for jobs and invoices
The challenge
Fourteen cleaners were scheduled by text message, and invoices were typed up by hand at the end of each week. Jobs were double-booked and payments arrived late.
What we built
Crewbook: a simple scheduling and billing app. Owners drag jobs onto a calendar, crews see their day on their phone, and an invoice is sent automatically the moment a job is marked complete.

Orchard Lane Studio: a calendar for solo creators
The challenge
A small photography studio was juggling six clients across four platforms using sticky notes and a shared spreadsheet. Posts went out late, or not at all.
What we built
Shotlist: a visual content calendar with client folders, approval links and reusable post templates. Everything for one client lives in one place, and reminders handle the rest.

Northfold Consulting: status updates without the meeting
The challenge
A twelve-person remote team across three time zones spent hours each week in status calls, and blockers still surfaced too late.
What we built
Pulse: a lightweight async standup and shared notes tool. Team members check in with two quick questions, blockers surface on a shared board, and decisions are saved where everyone can find them.

Tidewater Property Care: maintenance requests that route themselves
The challenge
Tenant requests arrived by phone, email and text. Someone had to read each one, decide who should handle it and follow up manually.
What we built
Fixline: a tidy request form connected to an automation that creates a task, assigns the right contractor and sends the tenant a friendly confirmation and status updates.
The results
Illustrative sample projects. Client names and figures are placeholders and will be replaced with real engagements.
